Alpha Nutrition Return and Refund Policy

At Alpha Nutrition, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:

  • You must return the item within 30 days from the date you received it.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • When unboxing the product, you must video shoot a 360-degree view of the item. This video will be required as proof of the product’s condition for the return process.
  • The product must be returned the next day after delivery for the return to be considered.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items not in their original condition.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Process:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@mynutrify.com

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Policy:

  • We do not have a return and refund policy after the product has been delivered.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, you must update us before the product is dispatched. Only cancellations made before the product is shipped will be considered for a refund.
